Alright people! Fil’s mate Justin the print goblin here. It’s gotten pretty difficult to get back to every single email I’ve been getting recently - so I thought I’d add this page in case it’s a quick and easy answer. I’ve just placed an order. How long will it take to be shipped?
Nice one! Thanks for your order. After you’ve placed an order, I ask for around 7 working days before I ship it. This could be quicker, or slightly longer depending on my workload.
Why does it take so long for my order to be shipped?
Unfortunately right now it is just myself sourcing blanks, screen printing, packaging and shipping orders. I do work as fast as I can, but it’s a lot of work for one goblin.
Where is my order?
After I ship it you will get an email with a tracking number that will show delivery notifications through Royal Mail’s Track and Trace. It won’t tell you exactly where your order is - but it will assure you it’s on its way. I want to keep shipping as fairly priced as possible - but will work on adding fully tracked options for domestic orders.
Can I rush my order?
If you really really badly need your order for a special occasion or something - do send me an email and I’ll try my best to get it out faster.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Yeah! If you need to amend an address, change size or swap out your item for something of equal value - just send me an email quoting your order number and the changes you wish to make.
What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
I do try my hardest to prevent this - but sometimes sh*t happens. Send me an email with the details and I will sort it out. If you can add some pictures too it would be much appreciated - just so I can get as much information as possible to figure out what and where it went wrong.
What materials do you use?
I'll make sure to list the exact garment I’m using in the product description along with a size guide - but as far as screen printing goes I use a range of premium plastisol inks.
Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?
